By activating AniMiku with the key received through email, you agree that you will only use the software for the type of events and monetary profit that you specified in this form. If any of these usage types change, you must contact Re:VB again to confirm or fill out the request for again.

Examples:

You originally filled out the form for use in a Private event and you want to use the software for a Public event.

You originally filled out the form for use in a Non-Commercial event and you want to use the software either Commercially or for a Commercial event.

To Obtain UPCK:

1. Go to the Download page
2. Download "AniMiku Exhibition"
3. Run the program
4. Your UPCK is the contents of the box with "This is your UPCK:" above it
5. Copy your UPCK into the box in the form above
6. This UPCK will be used to generate your activation key

Definitions:

• Commercial Event: any event from which revenue (money) will be obtained. This includes selling tickets, selling products at the event, or anything that you can gain a profit from
• Non-Commercial Event: an event from which no money is obtained. Tickets cannot be sold to these events, nor can you sell merchandise or products at these events. An event can be considered non-commercial if it is completely free, but is hosted by a pay-to-enter anime convention, as long as none of the money that people are paying to enter the convention goes to either you or your team.
• Public Event: any event in which anybody from the general public can attend. The event has little or no restrictions as to who can attend. The event is advertised publicly, whether across the internet, flyers put up across the town, etc.
• Private Event: an event where only certain people, chosen by you, can attend. Generally this is small events hosted for friends and family. The event is not advertised publically or across the internet.
